SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL POLICE

IT IS THE JOB OF THE POLICE TO PROTECT THE PUBLIC....YESTERDAY A
MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC TOOK THE LIVES OF TWO POLICE OFFICERS
AS THEY SAT IN THEIR PATROL CAR ON  THEIR LUNCH BREAK.


THEY NEVER SAW IT COMING.


THE ASSASSIN WAS A 28 YEAR OLD BLACK MAN WITH A RAP SHEET, A
CAREER CRIMINAL. THE TYPE OF MAN THAT TOO MANY WELL
MEANING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC HAVE BEEN PROTESTING THE
POLICE OVER....WITNESS THE FRUITS OF YOUR LABOR.....


IT TAKES COURAGE AND A LOVE FOR HUMANITY TO PATROL THESE
STREETS, ESPECIALLY IN THE MINORITY NEIGHBORHOODS WHERE
CRIME IS THE HIGHEST. THEY ARE OUT THERE TO HELP PEOPLE IN
TROUBLE AS WELL AS TO TAKE THE BAD GUYS OFF THE STREETS....


THEY NEED AND DESERVE OUR SUPPORT, ESPECIALLY FROM OUR
LEADERS. (AND YOU KNOW WHO I MEAN) YOU CAN'T BASH LAW
ENFORCEMENT FOR WEEKS, MONTHS, YEARS AND THEN MAKE
HOLLOW SPEECHES ABOUT SUPPORT AND HONOR WHEN THEY
ARE KILLED.....


RESPECT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT MUST COME FROM THE TOP,
AND IT MUST BE CONSISTANT....
FINALLY, THE PUBLIC MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO DISTINGUISH
WHO THE ENEMY IS....IT IS NOT YOUR LOCAL POLICE!!

CREDIBILITY....
